☀️Facet of Summer

The season of harsh, unforgiving fire.

Even when nature itself seeks to grind us into the soil, I try my hardest to protect the hearts and minds of those I love. Even at cost to myself. Even if it might break me.

I will never back down.

Sparky, carbuncle-person, raising a shield that appears similar to their summoning circle, to a harsh and blinding light in the topright of the image, implied to be the sun.

Sparky looks a little different here. Instead of a robe, they're wearing a metallic silver-and-gold armour on their torso, with a skirt similar to their old robe's bottom, showing off the furred part of their legs. The armour is adorned with the tri-pointed tail, and electric-blue crystals that glow much like the rest often do.

Sparky is mostly the same otherwise, except here they're holding a lightning-shaped blade made of what appears to be magic that switches harshly to a bright shade of red near the final point - and their electric-blue gemhorn does the same. Their tail, still yellow and three-pointed, appears to be burning like fire.

I'm calling to submit an official complaint about abuse I received from a call center representative today. I called at (time) and spoke with (name, if you know it). Their behavior was beyond inappropriate. The representative said (provide details).

Once finished submitting that complaint, tell them you would still like to file the initial complaint you called about.

I'm filing a complaint in regards to their conduct when I called in to inquire about the situation between them and several gaming platforms. Upon mentioning the nature of my call the representative on the phone was exceptionally rude to me. They (insert details here).

This sort of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. This should not be how they treat their customers.

BBB script pt 2 (what you're looking for them to do in response):

I would like a formal apology, my initial complaint to be processed, and the company to re-train their call center staff to prevent such occurrences in the future.

Seeing a lot of folks migrating from Twitter posting images without ALT text, so a reminder!

Try to use ALT text! It helps folks who are blind or vision-impaired know the context of your images.

Ex: If you post, "look at this cool thing!" they won't know what your image is about, bc no ALT text!

How does alt text provide context for humans?

Low and/or impaired vision
Alt text can help people with low or impaired vision and different learning abilities interact with the content on your site.

Use of screen readers
Alt attributes enable screen readers to read the information about on-page images.

Image load issues
Alt text can provide context when images are unable to load due to connectivity issues or device settings.
