A close friend/second dad type person in my life (Bob Zellner) was a member of SNCC and I asked him who would are the people he would spend his energy one. He said that he didn’t spend his time trying to convince klan members. He focused on those in the middle who might be swayed to the light

Just to add more to this madness that I’m learning: Dr. King LOVED his grandma and he was her fave. One day, his brother AD slid down the banister and right into Gran and knocked her out. ML was so shook by it, he jumped out the 2nd floor window. Then again a few years later when she passed 😳😦
