Matt Hancock is mentioned as over promising & under delivering, but in the Guardian no mention is made of his catastrophic decisions on care homes.
Handcock, like Johnson should be held responsible. Both should be in prison & prevented from holding public office again.

'Let the bodies pile high' wasn't it? And let's not forget that the UK was unprepared for the pandemic as so much time and energy had been spaffed on Tory party in fighting and Brexit.
