The Trump admin has enacted massive contract terminations for consulting giants and contractors like Accenture and Booz Allen.

Now Palantir is partnering with those companies—giving them a lifeline while consolidating its own power with the federal gov't. From @makenakelly.bsky.social
Palantir Is Extending Its Reach Even Further Into Government
Palantir has become one of the few winners in the Trump administration’s cost-cutting efforts, offering other contractors a lifeline while consolidating its own reach and power.

I’ve been in Melbourne for less than 24 hrs and already seeing alot more awareness and concerns about Gaza than in America. Our complete and willful face turn away is a disgrace no matter where you stand on this conflict.

This is like watching a movie, and within the first 5 mins you already know the main character, America, will die. You just don't know how yet.

Good luck America. You deserve it, for picking a fucking buffoon as your leader.

Can we still say America is no longer the leader of the “Free World”. The right adjective is either “Paid”, or “Fascist”

I sincerely think Obama and Biden made a big mistake of not prosecuting the crimes committed under W and Trump's terms. There is simply no reconciliation with the kinds and level of crime committed. It's as criminal as the law firms "settling" with Trump. Hi #MerrickGarland

Those doing the right thing, though it may well reduce the partners’ huge incomes temporarily, are Perkins Cole, Jenner & Block and WilmerHale, headquartered in Seattle, Chicago, and Boston & D.C. respectively. The two failures are Paul Weiss and Skadden Arps, both New York City-based firms…. 2/3

This is an historic character-test moment for Americans in many powerful and/or lucrative jobs—like partners at big law firms. Who as “officers of the court” have an ethical & legal responsibility to uphold the legal system’s integrity. So far three firms are passing the test and two have failed.1/3

Not getting much attention, but the Senate GOP is about to start voting - to make sure banks can charge higher overdraft fees. Seriously.

Good time to let your Senators know what you think of that.

Trump is a fan of the outdated, the passé, the increasingly irrelevant. There isn't an outmoded industry that he wouldn't like to protect: Coal, Oil, Autos. I predict next he'll announce stiff tariffs on England and the Amish, for stealing away business in steam engines and horse-and-buggy.

Luttig is a MAJOR conservative legal figure, former judge on the 4th Circuit, often compared to Scalia. Easily could have been a Supreme.

11,000 people showed up.

Something special is happening, folks. Now is the time to organize in every dimension possible and get to work.

Tonight an unbelievable **34,000 people** gathered for our Denver rally to take on billionaires and win our country back.

This was the largest political gathering in Denver since Obama in 2008.

Also bigger than the 2024 DNC.

And the largest ever rally in Bernie’s career (and obviously, mine too).

So at this point the president is openly defying court orders, threatening judges that don't go their way; legislature is controlled by a flaccid majority that abdicate their constitutional authority and let exec branch run wild. ..... Are we just livin in Venezuela or Pakistan, not offense?
