I still remember one cold morning in 94 when Mom went out to warm up the car before school. I never turned down the radio. Mom came in and said all she heard was “ker thump, ker thump, ker thump” when she turned it on. This song always makes me smile because this was the song playing at the time.

First Thanksgiving without Dad. Definitely missed him but it was also…relaxing. Not not being bossed by Dad, making sure Dad had his plate…only myself to mind. It was weird. Miss him and Mom (2018) like crazy but also was nice to relax and enjoy the day. Does that make me a bad daughter?
