I disagree with the conventional wisdom here - I think both Trump and Mamdani come away winners. Mamdani hopefully gets better treatment for New York, but Trump also gets a powerful weapon against Dems who don't smile for pictures with him. They all have TDS after all

What I think most of us on Bluesky don't understand is how average voters manage to come away with the idea that Trump is a moderate, but this is a big part of it - he managers to get select Democrats to sit and take nice pictures with him so he looks like any other president

As an adult, I've found Concerta to provide effective treatment without the appetite suppression, but I don't know anything about how effective it is with kids.
