Goodness, it's been a long time since I've posted on here.
I just got home from LVL UP Expo in Las Vegas. It was a ton of fun, but my whole body feels like lead today. 😆 Definitely need to get a bit more in shape so standing for an hour or two doesn't kill my feet. (If that's possible!)

Goodness, it's been a long time since I've posted on here.

I am starting to be annoyed that I'm still in a reading slump. I have books to read and no energy to do so. Every time I pick up a book I can only read a few pages before I find myself drifting off. I used to be able to read a book in a day. Why can't I do that anymore? 😭

Been working on healing myself in a creative sense. I let a lot of the talk of those around me smother any spark I had when I was a child.

I’ve found myself in an interesting spot between feeling better mentally and also even less motivated than before. Motivated for what? Anything. I don’t know if maybe I should have my meds upped now or if this is a separate issue.

Been on Prozac for two months now and I can definitely see a difference. I'm feeling more clear headed, my blood pressure has been consistently lowering week by week and the little things haven't been bothering me. It's great!
The downside is I'm super tired now. Doc says it should pass. 🤞

Been on Prozac for two months now and I can definitely see a difference. I'm feeling more clear headed, my blood pressure has been consistently lowering week by week and the little things haven't been bothering me. It's great!

One month down on my new anti-anxiety medication. I feel a bit more clear headed and have had only one panic attack this month, which has to be a record as of late.
Doctor is upping the dose tho. He says, "having more happy days isn't the same as feeling happy and I want you to get there."

We got my Uncle's ashes today. I knew it happened, but I don't think I've truly accepted it until now. It feels real now. My parents flying out to clean out his apartment. Seeing the memorial page online. None of that felt real. But now he's here in a box on my desk and... he's gone.

It really kills me that I was just talking about still dealing with the grief of my friend and cousin, only for the universe to take away my uncle as well. And I am feeling this one so much worse than the others, because I was talking with him at least one a month, usually more. This hurts.
