I have many regrets about Earth, but making humans in a wide range of colors, shapes, and temperaments is not one of them.
Celebrate thy diversity.
Love each other.

Please go to sleep if you can, my gentlecreatures.

Eat something when you get up, or else when you're able.

Take any meds you need.

Drink some water.

That physical buffer will help you mentally and emotionally ballast yourself.

Keep up your strength. 🌱

I got an appointment with a neurologist! I’ve been experiencing facial paresthesia in the left side of my face for the past 2 1/2 years and over the past year it went from occasional to constant. I struggle with asking for help so this is a big win for me :)

Money is a form of communication, and being in debt communicates that you have been helped more than you helped others. Problem is, money lies, because it can be stolen. Debt is slavery, in many cases.

Who I am is made of those who came before, and who I am will be a part of all who are yet to be
Someday you will write the book.

Most people will not read it. But someone will, and it will change something inside them.

Then they will write a book, wholly their own, but slightly indebted to your ideas.

And so on.

The chain never ends. There are echoes of you at the end of the world.

The first thing I did was disable it. Why in the world would I want generative AI embedded into my word processor? Keep it separate! I want to write in peace.
No, I don't need a bloody copilot for this document, thank you.

Writing is, in no small part, a tool for thinking. If you outsource that element to a machine that cannot think, you shouldn't be surprised if, at the end of the process, neither you nor your reader are any the wiser.

Bilingualism is associated with a bigger brain. Similar to other cognitively demanding skills, it leads to dynamic subcortical structural adaptations which can be nonlinear, in line with expansion-renormalisation models of experience-dependent neuroplasticity. www.nature.com/articles/s41...
