Leaving aside his contempt for taking domestic violence seriously, please remember that DHS has repeatedly argued that Kilmar Abrego Garcia was a dangerous menace to the nation because of allegations of domestic violence.

1) The President has legal authority over the D.C. police and the D.C. National Guard that he doesn't have *anywhere else* in the country; &
