I get why people are intimidated by the idea of starting a series like trails but you gotta remember the series is divided into arcs. It’s not 10+ games of pure setup, the first two sky games on their own are a completely satisfying experience, you only need to continue if you’re hooked.

So is there something about Square Enix’s HD-2D engine that means all the games have to have a similar style color grading or is that just an artistic choice they’ve stuck with? This isn’t an insult. I’m legit curious
