I'm working on a Laminar Flow Fountain Nozzle project and made a 3D Printable parametric "straws" section. I can resize the walls, hex diameter, overall diameter. It's beautiful, but results in a 2-3+ day long print. OTOH, I can make a solid object, print infill without a top or bottom in 14hrs.

In a moment of perfect timing, right as Sallah and Indy are lifting the Ark out of its resting place, a gust of wind blew through my open window. It was a great confluence of experience. I kind of wonder why 4D movie experience never took off.

I'm working on a Disneyland project and looking at maps. I don't think I have ever appreciated how close some of the spaces are. Less 100 feet between Tropical hideaway and Carnation Cafe. It really is a triumph immersion that you don't feel it in the least.

I shall try again, maybe tomorrow.

My Badge "Simple Add-On" for Hackaday Supercon 2024: The MacSAO. While it's not an actual emulated Mac (not nearly enough pixels), it does have a full drawing API so you can animate your own early-Macintosh sequences. aeiche.com/macsao

In an effort to keep a computer out of the landfill, I replaced our 2010 iMac's spinning drive with an SSD. Opening this style of iMac is always an interesting experience because of how they're engineered. A little before the Jony-Ive-extreme-era of form over function, this is still tricky to access
