yes twitter sucked because of all the maga/nazi chuds, but an underrated amount of that was them barging in on talk abt movies, books, art, food, whatever. they infected every aspect of it, so if u were black, jewish, queer, trans, whatever, you couldn’t just live your digital life w/o dealing w it

Amazing episode of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds. Babs Olusanmokun and Jess Bush are such talented actors.

I think 'Charades' might just be my favorite episode yet of Star Trek: Strange New World. It's too difficult to choose a favorite moment, though Spock yelling "I WILL BREAK YOU" is high on the list. Stellar work from everyone. Some of the most funny and heartfelt TV I've seen in quite a while.

NEW: A Nebraska mother who helped her daughter end her pregnancy with abortion pills has plead guilty to three charges. The daughter plead guilty in May and will be sentenced next week. Both face two years in prison for accessing healthcare the state made unavailable

I have spent quite a bit of time on Bluesky, and while I don't really have many followers yet it is already a much better time than Threads.

Star Trek: Strange New Worlds' 'Among the Lotus Eaters' was simply fantastic! An ensemble piece par excellence. I love that Ortegas gets lots to do. Wonderful episode all around. #startrek

Okay so I'm loving Bluesky so far, and I love it's feature set (specifically the feeds). But in all my exploring so far I have yet to see any new or unique features that truly separates this platform from the others. Any thoughts? Or maybe correct me and show me the way.
