At this point, our intro comp/first-year English course has been so heavily revised, it no longer includes a novel, or "extended reading" of any kind, no "specialized" or "historical" reading, mostly in-class assignments, no research essay...and we are still seeing a 40-50% rate of AI misconduct.

Seriously, social distancing wasn't "pandemic era", it's just good sense.

I don't think it's actually possible to have a coherent abundance movement that includes both people who want to reinvigorate American cities and people who want to militarily occupy them and disappear large numbers of their residents into camps.

It's cuz you're in a proximal range to me. It's juice boxes, excavators, and big feelings over here, all the algorithmic way down.

I kind of miss good ol' "earthquake" weather instead of "hey remember when we found out lightning can make its own self-reproducing weather by setting a LOT of stuff on fire" weather.
