I keep going back to this ad because it's the perfect lesson in knowing your audience AND making them look good.

It's also a great lesson on why you should take generic advice with a grain of salt. "Write for 5th graders" does not work for everyone.

Before you envy someone's carefully cropped Stripe screenshot, remember that tools like this exist.

"Realistic fake" is the perfect name for most of what you see on social media. Heck, you don't even need editing skills to look successful these days.
