Unfortunately, Wednesday Season 2 was not very good. I still have 1 episode left though, so it might turn out ok.
But season 1 was way better, more focused and more fun. S2 is an incoherent mess most of the time with much less charm than the first one.

It's extremely depressing to see people on social media opently and enthusiatically talk about their parasocial feelings towards their waifus from their hyperexploitative gacha-game. Espacially since those games seem targed to specifically trap neurodiverse and marginalized people.

The thing with AI book covers is, despite artists not getting paid etc, Is that they always reveal the authors lack of aesthetic sensibilities. To me, that signals a profound disinterest in artistic expression outside their own chosen field, which in turn is a disinterest in culture in general.

Without actually thinking about it or doing anything conciously, I realized that over the last couple of months my social media engagement have basically moved away from algorithm driven social media and towards Discord and forums.
