If your son or brother admitted that he and his teammates had sex with an intoxicated woman, would you think, well as long as it was not illegal in a court of law it is acceptable? That is the difference between right and wrong vs criminal law.

Read that again: for-profit private hospitals ONLY MAKES SENSE economically if govt intends to make Joe Albertan pay out of pocket for the profit margin costs...
