If you like cough syrup, you'll love Fernet-Branca! Legitimately—spouse enjoys the taste of cough syrup and my brother encouraged him to try Fernet because of it. He was correct. I think it's offensive to the palate but I feel the same about a lot of mainstream alcohol (campari I'm looking at YOU).

Giving birth in this country is a nightmare and doctors and insurance companies and hospital conglomerates are pushing people to make dangerous choices because it makes them feel like they have ANY agency. We need such a massive drastic overhaul of the entire thing.
