A study of more than 30,000 British adults diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, or ADHD, found that, on average, they were dying earlier than their counterparts in the general population — around seven years earlier for men, and around nine for women.

Just read that those with adhd should go lower carb, under 100 grams a day as carbs can wreck havoc with adhd. Has anyone tried this? Does it work? Carb monster here….

I recovered from a nasty bout of food poisoning recently and the only silver lining was convincing the hubby to let me eat the same meal 3xs a day for 2 weeks. A bowl of rice with clear ‘tofu and vegetable’ soup. He was baffled how anyone could be alright to eat the same 3 meals daily. #adhd

Wish I could stop my brain from replaying negative scenes over and over again.
Legit one of the worst aspects of RSD (Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria, common among people with ADHD) is KNOWING you're having an irrational emotional response to something and not being able to do shit about it anyway 😭
