LOL no idea to be honest, I've never had this long without training since I started while still at uni in 1995. I don't know what it'll do to the body or how it'll respond once I slowly restart. I'll have turned 50 by then!

I won't be posting a while as it's 2 weeks to stitches out, 6 weeks to even starting physio, 3-6 months to get back to super light general gym work and taper up, 12 months to healed. Relatively minor operation but slow healing. Life's a journey and this is just another part of the experience 😊
