No, there are specific dates for all of it. Abrego Garcia's lawyers have until tomorrow to deliver requests for evidence and for depositions. Govt has to produce evidence or responses by next Mon, depositions by next Weds.
His lawyers can also ask for 2 more ppl to be deposed by next Weds.

This isn't really true. In August they held Walz back bc Harris wasn't doing interviews yet. And generally, the campaign avoided unscripted stuff until late in the campaign.
