Now that the show has finished I can post some pictures from our play Gone Dark at Kelvin Players. It was a dream to be involved with. The actors and crew are all so talented and lovely people.

Prince Andrew’s titles have been removed.

Good start — now let’s do the rest of them and abolish the monarchy.

Opening night of our horror play tonight. Really looking forward to seeing how the audience reacts to everything we’re going to throw at them.

Finally got round to watching The Rehearsal season 2 and I think it’s one of the most incredible things that’s ever been put on TV. Nathan Fielder is genuinely a genius.

This is such a nice way to spend 15 minutes. Very funny and strangely sweet.

Society went downhill when we stopped using breakbeat for action scenes in movies.

Mammals have evolved into anteaters at least 12 times.

Due to their quantity, ants and termites have had a huge impact on evolution.

After the extinction of dinosaurs, mammals have continuously evolved traits to eat the insects, like those found in aardvarks and pangolins.

Today I hit 40 years old and I’m feeling quite weird about it, but mostly grateful because I think I’m still pretty cool actually.

Trying to explain to my son that if we were in Victorian times and he said “eat my fart, bozo” to his father, he would be banished to the local workhouse.

I’m half way through Foundation season three and it continues to be cool as hell. Man, I love science fiction.

The UK has plenty of problems but I’m very grateful to be raising children in a country without fucking guns everywhere.

Hip hop is 52 years old.

At a back-to-school party in the Bronx in 1973, Jamaican-American deejay Kool Herc introduced the technique of playing the same album on two turntables and extending the drum section, which became known as the breakbeat. 🧵⬇️

Betty Davis (July 26, 1944 – February 9, 2022) was a gifted singer, songwriter, and model. She was also the second wife of trumpet legend Miles Davis, largely ignored by the music press throughout her incredible career, but has retroactively come to be seen as a standout female icon for her era.
