So odd that Gary Lineker is being referred to as a “controversial” presenter. Didn’t realise showing empathy towards people & advocating for peace and / or an ending to human suffering was a controversial opinion but I guess that’s where we are these days

Broadcasters who repeated this obvious bollocks are not required to make any correction or apologise to their listeners/viewers. And I saw at least two columnists making hay with it. They too will retract nothing.
The @Telegraph, @thetimes, @MailOnline & @TheSun publish corrections to their scaremongering on undocumented migrants in London.
Imagine between them the reach & power of these papers.

RIP David Lynch. The person most responsible for my love of film. Lost Highway is my formative film. A film that opened my eyes to the potential of cinema as art. Before then, everything I saw was just a movie. I studied film because of him. I love film because of him.

Gisele Pelicot has to be one of the bravest & most inspiring people in the world today. Having gone through such extreme horrors & trauma many would rightly, hide away & also shy away from seeking justice & brining awareness to such a horrific situation. Person of the year for me. Incredible women.

Finally…. But he should have been sacked after Leicester. At least we would have had a chance at staying up then. I should be delighted he’s gone but the delay in sacking has even robbed me on that simple pleasure. Worse ever premier league manager for us. So out of his depth #SaintsFC
