/3 The idea that the American people were a simmering cauldron of anxiety about trans issues and the GOP just finally acknowledged it is ridiculous. The trans panic is as cynical, bad-faith, and artificial as the “people eating dogs” panic. “Moderating” to their framing is capitulation to evil.
