Is there a such thing as a ballpoint pen that just works & you don't have to try to get it writing again every few characters? I am just trying to sign my tax returns & address the envelopes. I've gone through 3 pens & haven't even finished.

As someone who came up in a conservative culture in the 80s & 90s, it's very funny to me that Riley Gaines has become a conservative superstar with a story about having her participation trophy unfairly delayed.

1) kill all white-collar jobs and replace them with AI
2) kill universities
3) use tariffs to turn the U.S. into an economic island manufacturing, oil and ag hub
4) empty the cities
5) push men into manual labor & women back into the kitchen

It's amazing to me how many people will posture big as defenders of Israel & call anyone who disagrees antisemites, but hate the Jews in their own country. It's even more amazing to me that Israel's current government wants to be friends with these people.

Any political experience has become a liability. Your record is fodder for attack ads, but your accomplishments mean nothing. All that matters is being able to whip up the fan base. What liberal celebrity would you draft to run for high office if you were in a position to do so?

Taking my annual workplace harassment training. Glad to see it's still about how harassment is bad rather than a list of things you need to put up with because people have a religious right to harass you, but lines like "as a gay man, I'm glad I live now instead of back then" haven't aged well.

TIL most egg rolls don't actually contain egg. I haven't eaten them for about 15 years based on an assumption, so I didn't even bother to check ingredient lists.
