Not that 2026 is really different than any other year.
The only time I use AI to write something is when I purposely want to write in a way that is not normal or human (corporate speak). Otherwise it takes way more work to prompt it to write like me versus just writing.
I mean, the thing is, and I keep telling people this, I am SUPER lazy, so why would I learn how to prompt "AI" to write in a non-"AI" way when I can just naturally write in an engaging, human style? I doubt there is ever going to be a point where adding "AI" to the mix isn't just extra work for me.
I just saw a great take on writers using "AI" - people don't like to read something that's clearly written by "AI", so we need to respect that and make sure it seems natural.
So...put as much effort into tricking people into thinking we made an effort as we would into actually writing. Outstanding.

I didn't go to UConn but it was good year to be a season ticket holder (which I have had since 2005).
The simple fact is that UConn was willing to play literally every team in America and precisely zero of those brave enough to take up the challenge beat UConn in 60 minutes of football. Would be a travesty for the committee to leave the Huskies out of the playoff field.
