A rainy day tsundere porcupine who mostly writes fantasy, horror, and romance. Sometimes all three at once. I have a little poetry, non-fiction, and sci-fi on the side. I'm usually down for a writing challenge and enjoy talking about books.
Aww, he's just so cute!

Will do a reveal as the book comes out. Now it's on to edits and tweaking the piece. It will be nice to see this one in print. The original version was only available online. I do think the new one will garner some attention.

The new one features the climax of the book in it while showing the setting. I described it to Jeffrey Kosh and he liked the concept for it. After a few rounds of tweaks, he created quite a nice cover that has more contrast and a slightly broader palette than the last one.

The interior of the theater in the Palais Garnier is just as rich a red in person as depicted in art and photos. The gold bordering all the edges lends to its sense of grandeur. We were in Box 3, which allowed us a view into the orchestra pit and was next to Box 5 reserved for the Phantom.

The Palais Garnier is as beautiful as it appears. You just walk out into ceiling to floor art in the lobby areas.

Everyone wants to put wolf stickers on things, have wolf as a character name, have images of wolves on products, etc. but when it comes to keeping the real ones alive, people pretend they're a threat. They really aren't anymore. Livestock and people have more to fear from loose dogs than wolves.

I had a cat lock my keyboard before. Didn't know that was possible either! Took a tech friend to get it undone. Took the cat one dance across the Function keys. Your cat did something useful at least! Nice trick, Triscuit!

I will never understand why he found out he could end world hunger, and have his name be praised on the lips of people around the world, and turned around and went this route instead. Sometimes I dream that Elon would choose the other path. That possibility lies on another timeline, I suppose.

I had someone say that if we had a sunspot or something that disrupted the Internet, we would be in a new dark age. So much of what we rely on is in a format that can just be turned off, it is scary.

It does not have the charm of the original. Yours has such guilelessness in its expression, I don't think I have seen that quality in many other pieces.

Thank you for the suggestions!

I like the color tones with the forest deer above the little deer. It's just a nice piece all around.

That came out great!
