My inbox only has 2 so I thought I’d check my spam folder. Irony of ironies — the official notice from the university was in spam! 🤪

Either all the heroes are running for the hills or they were never heroes to begin with.

Young men have the most to lose? No one wants to live looking over their shoulder? Every woman lives looking over her shoulder WITH FEAR for centuries.

May we never forget.
May our country (and world) learn to come together, to care for the most vulnerable, to have the bravery to do what is right and to build a better world for our children. May we learn to care more for others than for ourselves.

Why is there not a bigger outcry over this coverage of #HandsOff? @washingtonpost.com had a thumbnail at the VERY BOTTOM of the page when thousands turned out in their own city and @nytimes.com was below the fold. Today there are no follow up stories.

Europe, and others, are stepping into the void. May it be enough.

Incredibly terrifying. A fake, clone website of the CDC spreading FALSE health information in the midst of a growing measles outbreak. Story broken by @erosalie.infoepi.com and follow up report in www.nytimes.com/2025/03/22/h...

Note the word choices. "History" not SOCIAL STUDIES. Because social sciences looks at inequality, policy, justice. Also "aligned well with workforce needs" really means no humanities, no art. It's churning out cogs and gears for capitalism so the wealthy can extract from and exploit the worker.

@tpm.bsky.social article "JD Vance’s ‘Neofascist’ Reading List" show just how extreme he is -- even with only a small window into his Twitter follows they are incredibly disturbing.

America is a meritocracy AGAIN -- and that means you don't have to earn you way to citizenship or be fleeing persecution, you can just BUY it for the low, low price of $5 Million. Someone should call Merriam-Webster so they can adjust their definition of "meritocracy."
