Tuca & Bertie is so good. Each rewatch adds layers upon layers of goodness. Only this and Venture Bros become ever stronger favourites with each viewing. Wonderfully layered, so emotionally powerful.

Tuca & Bertie is so good. Each rewatch adds layers upon layers of goodness. Only this and Venture Bros become ever stronger favourites with each viewing. Wonderfully layered, so emotionally powerful.
Watched The Elixir, never has a movie been so pretty and the protagonists so stupid. It's all bad choices all the time, and whilst I get that, they live in a world without zombie lore they still make awful choices from any normal self-preservation standard. Really took me out of it.

I made vegan chilli for lunch. It was originally going to be over rice, but my guest suggested making mini jacket potatoes, so it's over rosemary and garlic mini jackets. There are lots of veggies and it's very spicy. 🙂

It's so weird seeing 40k shlubs saying women and queer people don't belong in the hobby. I'm thirty-five, I was snipping sprues and painting orks before half these gate keeping Super Weanie Hut Jr bozos were born. I've been in the garden longer than they've been eating solid food. I'm not leaving.

Why is it that after being on estrogen gel for a decade, I learned you can apply the gel to the arms from Super Mario fan art of all things!? No shade to the fan art, shame on the state of trans health care that I wasn't told that day one one. Double-checked, upper arms, and inner thighs both work.

Just a heads up, Lidl sell this peanut butter chocolate cereal and it's really disgusting, awful, nasty. If you see any you should buy it and dispose of it by sending it to me where I'll ensure it's safely gotten rid of.

Years ago, a friend of my Mum had a condition that forced her to choose if she wanted to die sitting up or laying down as her body slowly became fully immobile.
Not to make light of her, it's just as I get older and seemingly exist only between couch and bed I can't help resonate with that story.
