Finally made it to over 10,000 attack and health on a minion in #Hearthstone Battlegrounds (the far left). That Rally hero is absurd with Quillboar.

New Pókeball just dropped.

Oh my goodness, @hundredsofbeavers.bsky.social at The Little Theatre was so fun. Got a signed poster, and the star even generously drew a beaver for me. Once I've a frame, this is going up in the living room.

I'm at The Little Theatre to watch
@hundredsofbeavers.bsky.social live. 💯🦫
It's one of my favourite movies of all time shown in a fantastic environment. ❤️

I've won. No point after this will shine as bright as opening this 6cm Hula Hoop.

I made vegan chilli for lunch. It was originally going to be over rice, but my guest suggested making mini jacket potatoes, so it's over rosemary and garlic mini jackets. There are lots of veggies and it's very spicy. 🙂
Should have enough for four meals worth.

Just a heads up, Lidl sell this peanut butter chocolate cereal and it's really disgusting, awful, nasty. If you see any you should buy it and dispose of it by sending it to me where I'll ensure it's safely gotten rid of.

Added some train track to this #Tyranid base. I want to use it sparingly across the whole army to help unify them and add to the 'industrial city fight' vibe I'm going for. #Warhammer

October horror movie 24/31 is Chainsaw Man - The Movie: Reze Arc. I adored this movie, a solid recommendation. Something about this generation of anime movies gives me hope. Warm when it needs to be warm, thumping techno when it needs to be so, a great addition to this stellar franchise.

October Horror movie 23/31 is The Ugly Stepsister. When I first saw this thumbnail, I thought this was going to be one of those movies playing on the public domain pop culture horror fad. Fortunately, it's nothing of the sort. This is a meditation on the self mutilation required for conformity. (P1)

October horror movie 22/31 is The Taking of Deborah Logan. I liked this. It toed the line and sussefully didn't come off as trying to be disrespectful of real alzheimer's sufferers. The faux documentary format still hasn't worn thin for me, and this was a better example of the style.

October horror movie 21/31 is The Autopsy of Jane Doe. Don't watch the trailer, don't look online for spoilers, go in with an open mind, and you'll likely enjoy this. I had a blast.
I find it astonishing that they gave the titular Jane Doe a full face of makeup for the poster, absurd.

October horror movie 20/31 is The Vigil (2019). There's some stuff to like here. Had it released a decade prior, it might have been held up as quite good. However, in 2025, it feels as if it's almost working from a template, beats, scares, and the majority of the theming, it feels tired. Not for me.

Lovely little garden around this lamppost. 🌱

October horror movie 19/31 is The Long Walk. I liked this a lot. Linear Battle Royale, focusing more on personal philosophy and the individuals' drive to win serving as their weapon of choice. America cheers as the young lose their lives in state mandated performative violence, unsubtle but real.

October horror movie 18/31 is Dead Talents Society. A genuine gem, well worth your time. There's lots of novel ideas and a super engaging premise. I don't want to spoil anything. Go in without watching a trailer. If you're in the mood for a horror comedy, you can do a lot worse.

Almost forgot. I found this Guy Fawkes/V for Vendetta mask with a dorky hair parting in Sainsburys.

Working on that toy taxi repaint. Got to tidy things up, reapply some lines that got muddled and then tomorrow once everything is dry I'll give it a gloss coat. Hopefully Steve's son likes it.

Thank you @zombyboi.bsky.social for this wonderful drawing of me as (more of) a muppet. 🥰

Going to an alt market today, so I put on makeup for the first time for a literal year. It's just smudged eyeliner, mascara, and filling in my eyebrows, helps me feel a little more me.

October horror movie 17/31 is The Endless. I liked this a lot, one I think I'll watch again soon.
Can't meditate too much on this without spoiling it, but it really is a wonderful love letter to Lovecraft without the racist bits.

October horror movie 16/31 (I've been sick, so I'm a little behind schedule) is Housebound.
This was fun, it's nice to get a horror comedy that does both parts well and without leaning into gross effects or huge amounts of gore. A good time.

I wanted to put the Patriarch upside down, but the silhouette just isn't great. Maybe in the future, with some effort, I'll make it work.
