Trans woman, refusing to let hope die.

A lot of people are going to meet the dildo of consequences very quickly with this government
Because too many people let him get away with using the Cass Review to take away puberty blockers.

She's either a transphobe or is so incompetent and with such a poor grasp of her brief that she doesn't know what is happening.

There's a reason I left that party after working for it for far too many years.

Look Audible, I thought Harry Potter was utter dross when I was a child and before JKR was doing her "cartoony villainy + fascism" thing.

Stop recommending it!

I like cis people, in fact some of my best friends are cis, but this whole "vote for oppression or we'll get oppression too" thing is getting old now...

Are Labour smoking crack?

Do they take turns being kicked in the head by a donkey?

Do they have a cumulative IQ in the double digits?

Have they ever met a normal person outside of their dinner party crowd?

All these and more are questions I scream into the void.

When trans people talk about leaving the UK as fleeing, it's not a great sign that things are going well.

The answer to "have Labour shit the bed again?" seems to be an eternal yes.
September 5, 2025 at 3:43 PM
Looks like Labour are rattled, maybe pursuing hatred and despair isn't the way forward if you want to win elections.

But what do I know?

I'm just a woman whose rights are being actively demolished by Labour and in a job being shafted by them.
"Where they peddle false hope and pursue division through polarisation, we must continue to deliver on credible policy commitments for everyone."

Robert Knowles-Leak of Hold Fast Labour on Zack Polanski's election as Green Party leader
'In electing Polanski, the Green Party has chosen protest over credibility' - LabourList
Tempting as it may seem to simply argue Labour should adopt chunks of the Green manifesto, we must stick to our values and highlight where they differ from Polanski.

At least Neville Chamberlain did appeasement to buy time to prepare to fight the Nazis.

I wonder what Kier's excuse will be...

I don't think the Labour cabinet are deep cover reformers because even Farage would have thought "this is a bit far, no one's going to believe it".

I reckon there's about a 50/50 chance Starmer's gone by the new year.

If that happens I'd bet on Streeting becoming PM.

But it's fine because he'll only be PM for a few years until Farage gets in because Streeting is as politically astute as Starmer.

We truly live in the cursed timeline...

I understand an argument has been made about why to stay on the former Twitter. Here is my counterargument: It's a miserable fucking place run by a fascist catering to fascists, and I've been much happier not being on it, so there

The main argument for voting Labour seems to be that they are going to throw you under the bus but at least it'll be them and not Farage.

This country is becoming such a miserable, hopeless place.

Yes I know it's one poll. Yes I know to look at the trends. Yes I know we're years off from a GE.

But also... fuck you Labour you evil bunch of thick bastards! This is what you get for incompetently trying to court the far right!

Labour have consistently shit every bed they've come across and pushed a far right Reform agenda for over a year now.

But apparently I need to vote for them because... Reform might implement Reform policies instead of Labour.

Just call Farage a nonce a few more times, that'll work...
