I will say that at least I could buy the Wifi without the connection timing out while I was in Algerian airspace. Over Quebec? Forget about it.

Just once I’d like to see the audience put in the same position as Victor; forced to reckon with the humanity in something that all their senses are conspiring to immediately reject; made to hear the voice of someone their eyes can only register with nausea and terror.

Shelley’s writing strongly indicates that Frankenstein’s Creature includes animal parts combined with human ones. There would be an aspect of Dr. Moreau-like grotesqueness. But every adaptation usually replays some version of Karloff or Ogle, or the 1831 illustrations, maybe adding more stitches…

I think a lot about District 9 when it comes to characters design. The Prawns were purposefully modeled to be repulsive, until you see their big, expressive eyes that could either be shadowed to look black and disconnected, or lit so you could see a wealth of emotion in an otherwise inhuman face.
