It doesn't strike me as the most politically unsavvy course of action to shut down the government to call attention to Rs lack of answers about healthcare, reopen the government so Rs can choose to inflict said pain (that everyone is more aware of), and then drop massive news about Epstein.

What MIB wrote is being widely seen and I'd suggest that this excerpt from the NYT Cooking newsletter touches on the same ideas and I've really enjoyed reflecting on this: focus on friends, not food. (Which is pretty paradigm-shifting from a cooking newsletter!)

I'd be very curious to hear the ways in which Republican men think society has become too soft and feminine.

My gut tells me their complaints all stem from simple requests to be more empathetic.

Also, Mark Alford is a career newscaster who lives in a neighborhood of Kansas City that has double the median home price than the rest of America.

So not really sure how familiar he actually is with "stuck pigs" or any sort of farm work, contrary to what he'd have you think.
