NYT editors put "Claudine Gay" in "top 5 featured on the New York Times homepage Dec 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 17, 22, 25"

While they put Trump calling for Constitution's "termination" on page 15 and his chief of staff's "tyrant" warning on 12

Christopher Rufo openly bragged about the plans:
Chris Rufo "a total product of right-wing affirmative action and you literally would never have heard of him if he was a liberal"

NYT front page coverage all the time!

He claims he's won about once a week and yes, in the past, he has said that he's using Grok as his lawyer.

I should also mention that the Clerk of Court of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California (not the judge) did unfortunately rule that I owe $405.00 in costs. I think that's a clear error, so I'm contesting it. www.plainsite.org/dockets/down...

The thing is, it's a Tentative Ruling, and there are a lot of really fundamental issues with it, so there's still a low probability I could change the judge's mind. We'll see.

Meanwhile, Omar has lodged his own anti-SLAPP motion. And it's getting complicated because he keeps lying.

Now for the bad news. Elon's anti-SLAPP motion is being heard Wednesday in Superior Court in San Francisco, and since tomorrow is a court holiday, the Tentative Ruling came out today. It's copied and pasted—or AI-generated maybe—from Elon's briefs. So that's a drag.

Could I owe a lot? Yes.

It goes without saying I am glad that Judge Chesney ruled the way she did. I have some thoughts about the details of her ruling, but I'll save those for Season 2 of BROKEN. (Start with Season 1 now to get up to speed!)

First, the omission.

Today was one of those good news, bad news kind of days.

The good news is that United States District Judge Maxine M. Chesney decided that I owe nothing to Elon Musk for events in federal court. He filed for sanctions and lost.

Elon asked the court to make me pay $63,464.40.
