Husband to MJ, and "dad" to our 12 yo Golden Retriver. Love reading, art, and baking bread from scratch.
Based on our current Government, EVERYTHING I learned in history and civics was a lie. This system does not work when in a country of nearly 350,000,000 citizens, ONE person can destroy it all.

Does anyone else find that major U.S. corporations facing serious litigation are making vast donations to Trump and his ballroom? It is very worrying that they see a direct connection in supporting Trump to receiving preferential court rulings. Some much for separation of powers.

Words, words, words. Our founding fathers in 1776 used words to declare our separation from England but they also knew words were not enough, it took action, it took a revolution.
Today we do not need to bear arms but we do need to act. Our leadership is failing we must use the power of the ballot.

easy to imagine benny johnson huffing asbestos on camera to own the libs
it is MIRACULOUS that we got rid of lead paint and asbestos when we did. if we had tried that today, there would be people whining about how we're restricting their rights.
Bring back residential-use lead paint, you cowards.

If this administration is abandoning higher fuel efficiencies in American autos, then we consumers should be able to choose cars from other countries, such as BYD electric cars from China.

Everyday it seems we learn more about how Trump and his policies are hurting those who believed his "promises" and voted for him.

500 more National Guard troops will only increase the tension in DC between the troops and the public in general.
This is wrong, this is stupid, this is 💯 political, this is illegal, and there’s ZERO reason for this. National Guard troops have lives, jobs & families. This is an absolute waste of their time. Trump is using them to try to score political points. Just terrible.👇

„Quiet, Piggy!“ Just think about that for a minute, and what it means to live in a time when a President can assault a woman in public like that without any consequences.
It‘s quite a testimony to the age of regression we live in.

Marjorie Taylor Greene's resigning in time to get a pension is a lesson to everyone.

Most Americans don't get *any* pension anymore, but Congress gave itself a pension after only five years of work.

Our "representatives" aren't working for us, they are [barely] working for themselves.

How upside down is our world? The White House occupant thinks elected public servants who say the military should not follow illegal orders are "punishable by death." We exactly need public servants to speak out against illegal orders and not be cowed by a man who despises our Constitution.
