A pig forages at low tide. I talk to them when I'm out and about on my bicycle mainly so that they know I'm coming. Most talk back but I have no idea what they're saying because I don't know any pig.

I've been told that Tonga only has big and small pigs. This big pig couldn't care less about me standing close and taking a picture... or it was deeply asleep.

Lilo wanted to pretend to be shipwrecked. Lilo found a coconut, husked it barehanded, and cracked it open on a rock without spilling much of the water. Lilo isn't a fan of sprouted coconut and I don't mind them. We'd be a good team shipwrecked on a coconut island.

Today is food (kai) and conversation (talanoa) day in the library. There might be some gossip too. I'm not sure what they're talking about but the tone and laughter feel good. My belly feels good too.

Curious: how much does it cost to change the name of a mountain or a military base? If I changed my name, I'd have to get new cards, monogram towels, and stationary, change policies and media accounts, and get used to saying it. It's gotta cost more for a mountain or base.

I’m sorry I have been such a bad influence lately. Cats should not smoke cigarettes, or eat rubber bands, or sneak outside into the courtyard when the janitor is just trying to take out the recycling. I am sorry but I likely will not be able to consistently make better choices
