I understand some Bears hesitation with releases and there's been a recent interest spike in depth players....however, depth players are a lot easier to find than key pieces.

There isn't a singular coach that needs to come back. Every single one needs to find a new job. I cannot see any compelling reason to allow Ryan Poles to continue as GM

Caleb made a play with absolutely no protection. Seahawks did the exact same blitz they did on previous 3rd downs. Stack the box, send the house, overload to one side.
