There's a scrapyard at one of the berths on Ride Pt. in Duluth (currently owned by Azcon, I think) that can and does scrap ships; I recall seeing a number of ships being broken down there in the 1980s during the downtown in US Steel production.

Moreover, if you can send Kristi Noem to this prison to shoot S&M- themed propaganda, you can get someone out of it. They don’t want to. Because they love this. They love being the people who arrest innocent immigrants in front of their children and then send them to a prison to be tortured.
