I supported a patient there last week and was very grateful to have this level of care available so close to the metro. Their further investment is most welcome. I also enjoyed exploring Rochester more than ever before. Lovely city.

My five year old son today equated the risk of tornadoes in the USA with weighing risk of invasion into the Baltics by Russia. We agreed tornadoes are easier to deal with. I mean, 10% is a fair shot!

As a Native American I’ve always been profoundly conflicted about the USA, and well…I believe I’m sailing the opposite direction of you. Enjoy the nature and funny names of things for me.

I’m glad to see pricing and more detail from Gradient. I was looking at this last year since we have an upper floor single room that needs additional support. There aren’t any feasible options for significantly improving the insulation there. $3800 on a window unit is a high, but attractive option.

That 11.1% is doing a heavy lift. What’s the alternative, not improving building design with technical advance? Fees on all this activity feels way too punitive. Is there a loss of incentive if they’re integrated into general municipal budgets?
