I never updated the cave pics. It turned out great. Life with three littles 6 and under has us on our toes and sometimes feeling like we’re just hanging on 😂

Our cave is still a huge mess, but feeling like it’s about halfway done is starting to reap some rewards. Boys get their first shoes next week.

I’m in the middle of a huge bouldering project for our small basement. With about 25% of my panels up I set the first route today for our elder boys. They love it 😍

It’s not too often I get to wear this shirt and feel like I fulfilled my projected goals. Decided to have a beer after a kickass road ride today. Started the day before dawn for some fishing. Had many delightful family moments that made it all feel like we’re going to be okay. 🥰

Quick shot out our front window right now while I hold the baby.

Needed to get in an early ski today as winter gasps a last breath. Wife is going strong at 37 weeks along. Our favorite moments are like this, but the kids were missing. In ten years we will all be cruising along together 🥰

Owner before the guy we bought our house from fancied himself a handyman. I’m reminded every project to plan extra time for multiple ridiculous corrections. Just wish I’d remember to plan that extra time before I start.

The city deer have been active for their rut season. This fella almost ate bike while I was riding some local singletrack. We’re both glad it didn’t get any closer.

Charring wood before it was trendy. Likely from 1949.

‘Tis the season for scaring deer and opossums while chasing rabbits across the urban dirt. 17mi of trail 60s from our back gate. Dad rides often happen late and are delightful.

Three copies available in my local library. Looks like I’ll enjoy this soon! It might complement another new read I’m enjoying.
