As expected, when exposed to just the slightest scrutiny, the justifications supporting the Gov’s immigration arrests are falling apart. I hope the federal defense bar aggressively pursues the Brady Rule to quickly identify and dethrone the worst of the worst.

As expected, when exposed to just the slightest scrutiny, the justifications supporting the Gov’s immigration arrests are falling apart. I hope the federal defense bar aggressively pursues the Brady Rule to quickly identify and dethrone the worst of the worst.

Are you sensing a concerning nexus between the concentration of military resources in D.C., and Trump's activation of the Nat. Guard to counter citizens in CA?

I just got done watching trump lie his ass off while entertaining Merz in the Whitehouse. Even at 1.5 speed, his voice is like fingernails being drug down a chalkboard. Merz didn’t speak much. But I think he did a decent job of representing truth & facts; a difficult task in trump’s Thunder Dome.
