Lower Body Workout: Alternate between each grouped exercise for the time allotted. Rest about 5 minutes, then repeat with those same exercises with heavier weight.

Easy Yoga: I recommend starting with a 30 day challenge if you are a beginner, YouTube has "Yoga with Adrienne" and "Yoga with Tim" which many people like.

Speed Training can be any system. There are many commercially available including Speed Sticks, The Stack, and others.
