So a little late on this. Since it's the new year I recommend doing a wake up workout that takes about 5 minutes and it's optional.

Single Leg Dead lift 8-10

Alternating lateral lunges 20 total

Plank 30 seconds, or 3 vinyasas if you enjoy yoga

Bulgarian split squats 10 each.

Kids books have some deep meanings these days. There is always a struggle that says if we keep all the nice things for ourselves we will be happier.
