And now a stylized explosion! Everything here was particles and particle-driven shaders so I could avoid hand-animating almost everything lmao

The only thing I couldn't avoid animating was the particle size animations.

Dude the combo of my new processor+these new scatter on surface modifiers and using adaptive subdivision has improved this bike trail scene a ton. I feel I have way more control over the scattering, and I'm having really good performance despite the density :>

lol sick, if you go on the UV editor, you can get the EXACT coordinates of any vertex in UV space if you click one and then look at the Image tab on the right. That makes centering effects on specific islands super fucking easy.

Hey folks, another small fix. I'd forgotten to turn his tail spikes into a proper mesh, so they were still set as just curves. Redownload, they should be correctly set up now. I hope this is the last fix I gotta do lmao, god

Sculpting his face is going well. Using curves for the horns was also a really good idea to make them easier to get the right shape!
