🇪🇺 Always impressed by how smart and innovative senior European officials are in thinking about ways to raise more €bn when they *really* have to. Had a similar feeling during the Greek financial crisis & Covid pandemic. Trump 2.0 is inspiring similar creativity again

If true I’d guess this will unlock UK/Fr Storm Shadow/SCALP strikes too. And no point doing it by half measures. Once first strike occurs Russia likely to escalate in some fashion anyway, so better to maximise effect of strikes in short term rather than drip it out
