World-class motorized resistance, data, and service to help plan and perform training for game-changing results | #MakeSpeedHappen | 📍Texas 📍Sweden
Surfing the curve within individualized training

Snippet from Ryan Phillis (Director of S&C at BYU Football) presenting at our booth at the CSCCa this past year

Full video on our YouTube, topic was all things load-velocity profiling, testing, and programming

Great example of testing with team buy-in

Max effort from the athlete, energy from the team, and the kind of environment that brings out the best

Always cool to see clients, like here in 📍 Canada, making testing days competitive and engaging

Assisted sprinting should be earned, not just added

Advanced tools in your training toolbox need to be treated as such

Here’s a 3-step process from Blake McCall at this year’s CSCCa

It’s not about the drill, it’s about the qualities you’re building

Whether it’s sprinting, bounding, or anything in between, motorized resistance and assistance are tools to support your system

When data confirms what feel can’t always explain

In reviewing her sprint profile, Team USA Bobsled athlete Sydney Milani saw a brief drop in power while changing hand position within the first few steps. This subtle shift led to a more upright posture and less effective acceleration

Trayvon Bromell and his coach are locked in 🔒🔒

A behind-the-scenes look as they dial in the details, discussing how 10kg sprints fit into the plan to keep sharpening performance and progressing throughout the off-season

Transition smoother, sprint faster, play better

The shift from accel to upright sprinting (yds 10–20) can make or break speed

Light-medium loads help force application, maintain form, and stay fast while rising

-Resisted Sprints at 10–15% velocity decrement (~4–7kg)

Objective data, shared understanding

Data cuts through opinion and makes communication simple, from athlete to PT to surgeon

In return to play, it keeps the process aligned and transparent, so every decision supports progress with clarity and intent

200% eccentric overload - just a few taps away

Train high-force eccentrics without slowing down

Eccentric overload builds the braking strength athletes need to stay healthy, explosive, and fast without losing intent through the transition

In return to play, cleared is just the starting line

Our professional ultimate frisbee client is 1 year post-op ACL and back on the field, but using our 1080 Sprint 2 helped us identify lingering deficits

Training that travels with you, no fancy facility needed

Even world-class athletes like Anatoliy Trubin of Benfica in 📍Portugal find ways to get quality work in, anywhere

Isokinetic resistance is a simple but powerful way to assess asymmetries. By controlling the variable of velocity, the athlete can produce maximal force without worrying about external load

This makes it easier to get reliable, repeatable data — and allows coaches to focus on what really matters

When coaching 🤝 data

A great example of the cycle:
-Coach ➡️ Perform ➡️ Measure ➡️ Coach smarter ➡️ Repeat
-Using each rep and data point to refine the process

Cut faster by controlling the eccentric

Everyone trains change of direction — and like any other skill, it can be developed w/ intentional overload

Shuffling/unilateral/bilateral cuts, overloading the eccentric phase teaches athletes to handle higher speeds/forces

Overspeed. Break free. Decelerate how you need

The breakaway belt (velcro) gives the athlete control to untether at the end of the rep — no fighting the line or worrying about overshooting the machine

Small details to maintain the focus: running fast
