I am regularly asked what specifically blue states and Congress should do to protect the midterm elections.

Here you go, I list and explain them one by one.

It’s not too late for states and Congress to stop Trump from subverting the midterms
With only nine months before the midterm elections, Trump is plotting to prevent Democrats from taking control of Congress.

Don't forget boys and girls: every time a pol or reporter in the US says "detainee" he/she means Prisoner Afforded No Legal Rights. And "detention center" means Fascist Concentration Camp.
The proposed centers are so large that some could house as many as 8,000 detainees at once, according to a DHS spreadsheet of more than 20 potential locations that was verified by NBC News. The largest federal prison in the U.S., for example, has roughly 4,000 inmates.
ICE plans to build mega warehouses for immigration detention spark growing concern
Sources at two government contractors told NBC News they were worried that new warehouses — and the large numbers of immigrants who would be housed in them — would present safety problems.

One of the children's books challenged by the parents in Mahmoud v. Taylor is 'What Are Your Words?', a “sweet, accessible introduction to gender-inclusive pronouns.” It is literally a Hachette book. The same company paying Alito for his book wants you to buy one of the books he is helping to ban.
Sam Alito’s Publisher Wants You to Buy the Children’s Books He Just Made It Easier to Ban
The author of Mahmoud v. Taylor is writing a book for a publisher that calls the push to ban books with LGBTQ characters an attack on “one of the most important foundations of a free society.”

In this Nazi administration, that should entitle her to a promotion.
So, given Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt blindly and instantly defended the Obamas/apes post this morning, which has now been repudiated by the White House, attacked by top GOP Senators, blamed on a staffer, acknowledged by Trump, and since deleted, shouldn’t Leavitt quit?

WTF NBC? Nice way to let us know that, like CBS, you're now out of the journalism business. With Llamas as your "news" anchor this iteration of your network isn't in the same universe as Huntley/Brinkley or Roger Mudd.
As I note in my piece, these are ACTUAL questions that NBC News's Tom Llamas asked Donald Trump in his 'extended' interview, while not asking a single question about Epstein, or challenging him on a single lie.

Senate Repubs won't hesitate to confirm every single fascist thug nominated by the Nazi in Chief.
I want to emphasize how radically Trump's second-term judical appointments are going to change the American legal system. These are not the standard Ivy League FedSoc guys. They are election-denying freaks who earned Trump's favor because they are willing to say what he wants to hear.

Putting on my suit and tie and going on America Erwache to describe a 234 year old basic requirement of the constitution for lawful searches and seizures as a “nonstarter.”
Rep. Mark Harris: "Some of these things are nonstarters. Having judicial warrants? To me, hat's a nonstarter. Being able to make off their mask, putting them at risk? That's a nonstarter. I would say anything that's going to hamstring the work of ICE, that's just not going to go anywhere."
