Called and spoke with Adobe customer support and the guy told me Adobe is discontinuing Animate because apparently the company can't think of any new features to add to the program and they feel it's gotten stale.

I've noticed an annoying trend for people to start new E-mail conversations with "Re: " in the subject line.
Don't freaking do this! Re: is short for "Reply:"; it doesn't make sense to use it for an initial message; only replies.

Last night Sotalo was doing one of his Virtual Furry Museum tours and after Sonic's early fandom influence was mentioned, someone in the audience told the story about how so many Sonic fans ended up on my MUCK, FluffMUCK, in the mid-90s.

Here in South Florida most homes including mine have electric heat because almost never have to use it.
We can go *years* without running heat.
Since it's going to get super cold the next couple nights I just turned it on with the windows open to burn all the smelly dust off the coils.

I can assure you that NO ONE wanted an AM-only radio, even back in the 80s. In the 1980s FM radio was king, and actually really good.
My guess is AM radios were just cheaper to make at the time. The opposite is true today!

This power cord overheated and failed at work. 10 amps my arse. Those thin flimsy wires should barely be carrying three amps at most!
Check your power cords on beefier computer equipment, folks. If it feels flimsy it's probably dangerous garbage like this.
