At 6%, the annuity wins out (25% higher, screenshots below).
At 10%, the lump sums wins out since you get a full 30 years of that sweet sweet interest right off the bat.
S&P 30-year average is 10-12%.

I was told I should share my little Pandaren farmhouse pagoda on bsky, so I guess I am! The big doors on the side enter into my stables (I run a vet clinic inside).
