We remember. All of your distractions: soldiers literally bowing before evil, masked “men” raping and pillaging, and whatever vampire you were trying summon today are nothing in the face of memories that will outlive us.

The US military base Putin is now at, in Alaska, is home to the US Air Force’s 3rd Wing.

We're talking about F-22 Raptor stealth fighters, E-3 Sentry AWACS radar planes, and the Air Force RC-135V/W Rivet Joint intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance jets.

Think about this.

The upward redistribution of wealth over the past 50 years has shifted $80 trillion from the bottom 90% of Americans to the top 1%.

That’s $80 trillion that would have gone into the paychecks of the working class.

The greatest trick of all is trickle-down economics.

For some reason, I have had the honour of breaking a lot of angry men's brains.

Sometimes it’s depressing. Sometimes it’s confusing. Luckily, it’s also sometimes very funny.

So for some Friday fun, let’s rank three of these recent surreal experiences:

You ever see the entrance of a club where they're charging twenty quid to get in even though the vibes are terrible and a guy on too much coke just threw a chair through the window? Did you go in?

Not to the people buying it. It’s a drop in the bucket compared to bankrolling the Nazis to win. Same family, operating in the shadows. Different tactics.

Outspent Elon. Why haven’t you heard about them? Distract. Hide. Divide.

This book from @brian-goldstone.bsky.social is astonishing: about the millions of working homeless people who are excluded from the (already insufficient) social safety net. 'Evicted', for a decade in which this country is somehow even crueler to poor people than it's ever been. Highly recommended.
