In case I am being too subtle here, under Biden, the New York Times and CNN both ran multiple pieces about how young people and minorities could not afford homes, when their ownership rates were higher than they had been under Trump.
It looks like homeownership rates for Black and moderate-income households are falling sharply, but I suppose that is no longer news now that Biden is out of the White House www.census.gov/housing/hvs/...

Air travel is bad these days. I spent 6 hrs in LV waiting for a flight that was supposed to leave at 245 and it is now leaves at 845 pm in Southwest. What a colossal waste of time. This will only get worst.
